The prices listed below are "normal" pricing for individual animals. We will accept all REASON offers on multi-purchase animals.
Prices are based on quality, size, color and pedigree.
Generally prices start as follows:
- Young Heifers - $1,000 and up
- Old Heifers (exposed) - $1,200 and up
- Open Cows - $900 and up
- Bred Cows - $1,000 and up
- Bull Calves - $400 - 1,200 and up
- Mature Bulls - Varies
- Steers - $300 - $500
Although these prices are "general", other factors may influence the price.
Example...
- Animals with strong pedigrees, such as Grand and Reserve Champions will be more expensive thnt others.
- "Red" and/or "Small" animals will be priced more than a standard gray animal.
- A docile mature bull be cost more than a wild pastured bull.
